Prom has been tentatively postponed. The new proposed date is May 9th.
Mr. Clark has announced the Senior trip is cancelled.
Senior Advisor, Dr. Mary Belford, has forwarded this message for all Seniors:
Thank you for continuing to work with your TN Promise students as we are all adjusting to new schedules and routines! We appreciate your continued support of tnAchieves and local TN Promise students!
We have created a new field in the mentor portal labeled: Completed Mandatory Meeting Requirement. Once a student watches the webinar required to remain eligible for TN Promise the field will be labeled with a “Yes.” If the field is labeled with a “No,” the student has not yet watched the webinar to remain eligible. Students have until April 3rd to watch the webinar to remain eligible. Students can view instructions and login to view the webinar at https://tnachieves.org/high-school-class-of-2020/cancellations
At this time all other TN Promise deadlines remain the same including the April 1st summer community service deadline as well as the July 1st fall deadline. In partnership with the State of Tennessee we are working hard to ensure that no students are negatively impacted by these deadlines. If any deadlines are changed we will communicate them to you as soon as possible.
Reminder: Out of an abundance of caution, tnAchieves has made the difficult decision to cancel any mandatory team meeting scheduled after March 11, 2020. The health and well-being of our students/families, mentors, partners and team are always our first priority.
